Our mission is to ensure that underrepresented minorities (URMs) have access to the same tier and quality of financial and investing education as non-URMs.
Not only do we want to provide access, we want to make sure that the information is taught in an accessible and relatable manner, by people that URMs can relate to.
We believe closing the wealth gap starts with closing knowledge gaps.

Dion is on a mission to reduce the ever increasing wealth gap by transforming everyday people into intelligent investors. He does this by teaching individuals and organizations the fundamentals of finance and investing as well as more advanced topics such as fundamental analysis and value investing.
In the Fall of 2021, one year after losing his dad tragically to suicide during the COVID pandemic, he saw an alarming statistic that showed that 90% of the stock market is owned by the top 10% of wealthiest Americans. Dion wanted to honor his father's legacy of public service by using his skills and knowledge to do the same.
In November 2021, he decided to leave his dream job to pursue his mission of reducing the wealth gap by teaching others how to invest using skills he learned on Wall Street.
